He recorded on two of their albums and toured Asia and Australia with
them. He has studied with one of Australia’s leading jazz musicians,

and Flamenco artists. Founder of middle eastern/jazz group Al Jadida,
Paul received an Australia Council grant to record Al Jadida’s album
“Gypsies in an Urban Desert” in 2001, and a second album "World
Confusion" in 2003. In 2007 he has recorded with King Marong &
Afro Mandinko. Paul currently performs with Al Jadida, Afro Mandinko and
Beulah Joseph. He also coordinates and teaches in two primary school music
